Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Cahercullenagh Lower

Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Fairy forts across Ireland are often dismissed as fantasy, yet Cahercullenagh Lower preserves a genuine earthen ringfort where people lived, loved and died before records began. The soil remembers hands that dug, fires that warmed and children who ran barefoot through grass now forgotten. What is called fairy is simply human life stripped of names, returning the world to wonder instead of forgetting it.
