No visible trace remains at Ballyogan, yet the hidden fort still belongs to the region's remembered landscape. Whether it buried itself under grass or people simply stopped seeing it, the loss points to human blindness rather than magical vanity. A forgotten fort is not a fleeing creature; it is a place that stopped mattering to the lives around it.
