What is recorded here
You need the name, the exact location, the visible form and one relevant local feature. Those facts must still identify a unique place before any warning or story is added.
On a slight rise in undulating pastureland. Subcircular rath (c. 35m N-S; c. 30m E-W), in fair condition, defined by a bank. A low ridge running across the monument from NNE to SSW may indicate the line of a field wall that is indicated on 1st ed. OS map.
