In rough pasture, high on the W side of a ridge. An oval area (int. diam. 26.9m x 31.4m) defined by an earthen bank with an external fosse (Wth 3.65m; D 0.5m). The bank (Wth 3.55m; int. H 2m; ext. H 1.5m), evident along the S, W and N arcs but missing along the E arc, is partially overgrown with brambles. There is a possible entrance (Wth 0.8m) at N. The interior slopes steeply down to E where the bank does not survive.
