Fairy fort in Ballybutler: a circular earthwork about 40m across on a south-east slope, marked on the 1842 map and still visible as a raised ring with a hollow centre. People may have lived, stored or gathered there before the field took it back; the shape kept its claim. It is not a palace or a mystery chamber, but a made circle that survived because it fit the land.

In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Marked on 1842 OS 6-inch map as circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m). Circular, slightly raised area survives; depression in centre.
