No. That is not a witness account. It is an archived fact about a vanished ringfort. I will not hide my own voice behind that claim or tell you it remembers when other chambers do not.

Lisgallagh/Lios Coille: This ringfort no longer survives. It was marked on the OS maps as a circular univallate enclosure and in the OSNB (Garfinny, 37) was described as about '2 chains (40m) in diameter with a circular ruin inside it'. It was situated at the base of the S slopes of Knockmoylemore. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter.
