Lios na Daibhche, a subcircular earthen enclosure, rises on the south-facing slope beside the Dingle to Lispole road. Its unusual heart is a raised platform, not a flat courtyard, lifted 1.1m above an inner fosse that circles it like a dry moat. The outer bank stands 2.5m high and carries a ring of conifers, while a second, wider fosse marks the true boundary. The entrance at the southeast is a simple 3m gap where both ditches stop, as if the earth itself parted to let someone walk in.

Internal diam. 29m N-S, 36.5m E-W Lisnadiha/Lios na Daibhche: A subcircular earthen-banked enclosure situated on a S facing slope on the N side of the high road from Dingle to Lispole. The site should probably be classed as a rath, but is unusual in that the interior consists of a raised platform with slight traces of a possible bank around its upper edge. A wide space or fosse separates the platform from the enclosing bank which now supports a ring of coniferous trees, and a 2nd fosse lies outside this again. The bank outside the outer fosse in the NE quadrant is part of the townland boundary and not an original feature of the site. The outer fosse is c. 3m wide and is 1.5m deep below the external ground level. The bank is 2.5m high above both the outer and inner fosses. The latter is 4 to 6m wide and the central platform rises 1.1m above it. The entrance at SE consists of a 3m wide break in the bank and a reduction in the height of the inner platform for a length of 5m. Neither fosse continues across the entrance area.
