Adrigool’s fairy fort is a circular earthen ring with a four-metre causeway entrance, not a vague fairy tale. It stands thirty-five metres across on an east-facing slope, large enough for houses, herds and every ordinary human choice that made a life there. The local name may be joking, but the measurement is not; a ringfort is a boundary drawn in earth, and the causeway is an invitation across it.

In grassland, on E-facing slope. Circular area (33m N-S; 35m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2.5m), with external fosse (D 1.5m). Entrance (Wth 4m) to NE, with causeway.
