Range of industrial buildings, c. 1925. Partly asphalt roof, now mostly re-clad in profiled metal cladding. Concrete blockwork with later profiled metal cladding in areas. Steel glazing remains to west façade elsewhere large roller shutter openings. To interior, exposed iron roof structure to part. Formerly part of Henry Ford & Son Motor Works, now part of Marina Commercial Park.
Much altered industrial building; retains significance as part of former Henry Ford & Son Motor Works. Probably designed by the American architect Albert Kahn who acted as the main industrial architect for the Ford Motor Company.
