What is recorded here
Corner-sited gable-fronted single-bay two-storey warehouse, built c. 1850, with chamfered corner. Exposed rubble limestone and sandstone walls with red brick quoins. Square- and segmental-headed openings having red brick dressings. Replacement doors and windows.
Though many original features and materials have been removed, this building remains a colourful addition to the streetscape. The variety of materials utilised in it's construction, such as the rubble sandstone, rubble limestone, and red brick add colour and textural variation to the site. The building is an interesting reminder of the industrial heritage of this part of the city.
