What is recorded here

In rough hill grazing, on bog, in a sheltered hollow on the N-facing slopes of Shehy More. A roughly rectangular area (7.6m N-S; 4m E-W) is enclosed by a roughly built, partially collapsed, drystone wall (T 0.8m; max. H 1.1m). The entrance is unclear due to collapse. Rushes obscure the level interior. A hut site (CO093-089----) lies c. 100m to the NW. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
