Enclosure in Rosses Upper is an enclosure in Rosses Upper, County Sligo, Ireland. The oval depression measures seven metres north-south and six metres east-west, enclosed by a narrow bank of earth and stone. A break in the western bank marks the original entrance, with limestone slabs set on edge along its south side. A hut site is located on the southwest side of the enclosure.
Located on the S side of the interior of Rosses Upper rath (SL008-104001-), against the inner face of the bank. Oval flat-bottomed depression (dims. 7m N-S; 6m E-W) enclosed by a narrow bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.4m; int. H 0.85m). A break (Wth 0.8m) in the bank at W marks the position of the original entrance. The S side of the entrance is lined with limestone slabs set on edge.
