What is recorded here

A circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) indicated on the 2nd (1945-6) ed. OS 6-inch map and though not indicated on the 1st (1839-40) ed. it was located in a small area of woodland. On satellite imagery the monument appears to be largely levelled, though there is some indication of an external fosse and the perimeter in the SE sector has been left fallow. There is a large enclosure (KK019-043----) c. 140m to the N and conjoined enclosures (KK019-045----; KK019-130----) c. 260m to the E. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 6 October 2020
