Situated on the level summit of a N-S orientated ridge in coniferous forestry. Not shown on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map but depicted on the 1912 edition as a hachured roughly circular area (diam. c.20m). This monument has been levelled; no visible surface trace at ground level.
