What is recorded here

Enclosure in Lismore is a small irregular ring within the southwest quadrant of a rath in County Longford. Its low bank of earth and stone still marks a space roughly twenty metres across, narrow enough for one household or one hidden purpose. The main rath towers above memory while this smaller ring resists comparison, suggesting hierarchy, exile or a separate ritual life inside a larger ancient landscape.
