In pasture, on top of a roughly circular hillock. A roughly circular area (c. 20m N-S; 17m E-W) defined by remnants of a sod-covered stony bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.35m) W-N and by a scarp (H 1.55m) N-SE. Elsewhere the scarp merges with the hillock. The interior is level.
