Enclosure in Larkfield

Located on top of a drumlin on the floor of the NE-SW Bonet River valley. This is a grass and rush-covered circular area (int. diam. 19m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.35m) with some bushes. There is no visible fosse or entrance. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J.
