What is recorded here
This site appears on the 1841-42 and 1898 OS maps as a circular enclosure, though on the later edition it is not as clearly defined and two fieldbanks cut through the site. This site has been levelled, and no surface trace survives.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1090. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
