In pasture, atop steep-sided promontory above narrow flat stretch of ground, on E side of stream. Depicted on 1842 OS 6-inch map as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 15m) with lime kiln in interior. No visible surface trace of enclosure or lime kiln. Promontory now measures 14m N-S and 11.2m E-W.
