In pasture, on N-facing slope. Oval area (65m NW-SE; 50m SW-NE) defined by scarped edge (H 0.2m; Wth 1m) N->SE, and by scarped edge (H 1.4m; Wth 1.85m) with external fosse (D 0.6m; Wth 1.5m) S->N. Latter section forms part of N-S field boundary though a short section of this has been removed immediately N of site. Level interior under pasture.
