What is recorded here
On a terrace on the high NW slopes of Moneen Mountain. An irregular enclosure (diam. c. 60m) defined by low tumbled stone walls of possible prehistoric or medieval date. Ridge and furrow most likely of post-medieval date is visible in the interior. A second enclosure (CL005-058----) is conjoined at E. This was noted on Digital Globe (2011-2013) and reported to the National Monuments Service by Ros Ó Maoldúin.
