In pasture, on a limestone ridge. An arc of a bank indicated by hachures S-NNE on the 1898 OS 6-inch map suggests the possible remains of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m). When visited in 2000, no visible surface trace of the bank was evident and according to local information this was the site of a limestone quarry.
