Situated on E facing slope of high ground in upland area. Raised circular area (diam 30m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 1.5m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.5m) and external fosse (Wth 1.5m) with no entrance feature visible. Field fence intersects S side of site from E to S.
