In reclaimed pasture 170m W of a roadway that marks the townland boundary with Ahnagurra. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised roughly circular-shaped area (diam. c. 22m) defined by a scarp. Intersected at S by field boundary running N-S and at NW by field boundary running NW-SE. Outline of monument delimited by trees is visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Google Earth orthoimages.
