In pasture, on a 300ft contour of S-facing slope, superb views to W-S-ESE, obscured by forestry due E and in low ground at base of slope. Conjoined to E of enclosure (TS067-086----). Circular area (diam. c. 30m) defined by earthen scarp NW-N-E-SW and bank (Wth c. 4.25m; int. H c. 0.5m; ext. H c. 1m) SW-W-NW. At interface between bank and scarp at SW, part of the bank (L c. 7m) extends to SW respecting the shared fosse and it comes to a distinct terminus. Shared fosse (Wth c. 7.25m; D c. 0.4-0.5m) extends SW-W-NW. Interior tends downslope slightly to S. Tipperary Golf Course due N. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
