No human body has been found at Enclosure in Drumharsna South, though the measured facts leave a hollow where memory should be. The chamber may have held a birth, a death or a quiet conversation between people now absent from every record. Its location beside Drumharsna Castle and its preservation under national monument law suggest it mattered enough to protect even when its purpose resisted explanation.

Immediately to the N of a rath (GA113-110003-). This very poorly preserved almost square enclosure (37m NE-SW; 35m NW-SE) is defined by an inner stony bank (Wth 0.6m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 1.6m), an intervening fosse (Wth 2.5m) and an outer stony bank (Wth 0.8m; int. H 1.5m; ext. H 0.2m). Reclaimed spoil and earth have been dumped on the SW and NW corners and S half of the E side has been removed as a result of quarrying. There is a ruined rectangular house site (GA113-110008-) in the NW quadrant of the interior, and two possible house sites (GA113-110009- and GA1113-110010-) overlie the line of the fosse at E. The enclosure may be associated with Drumharsna Castle (GA113-110001-) which stands 180m to the SE.
