Cropmark of fosse of large roughly oval enclosure (c. 80m NE-SW) visible in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989); trace of second outer fosse at NE and SW ends; outer fosse truncated by road to NW. On 1842, 1904 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps, SW end indicated as curved field fence, with lime kiln indicated where fence joins the road. Site not inspected.
