Enclosure in Derreenacrinnig East

In pasture, on a W-facing slope with views W across a valley to Mullaghmesha. A circular area (11m N-S; 10.5m E-W) is defined by the remains of a stone wall displaying traces of an inner and outer row of contiguous slabs, especially E-NW. Rubble has been deposited against and on the enclosing element NW-E. Two parallel slabs, 2.2m apart, indicate an entrance at SE. Grass-covered stones are scattered in the level interior, which has been raised (H 1m) at W and cut into the bank (D 0.2m) at E to compensate for the hillslope.
