Enclosure in Deelin More — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Deelin More is a rectangular enclosure on a sunny slope beneath Ailwee Hill, marked by a low stone bank and a central mound that still resembles a buried chamber. Its narrow north entrance faces the hill, inviting someone to step inside rather than merely pass by. The wet ground and old cairns suggest people worked this place for generations, shaping it into a room where memory could gather.

On a S-facing slope in an upland area with Ailwee Hill rising to the W. A subrectangular area (oriented E-W) defined by a low earth and stone bank (at N: Wth 2.7m; ext. H 0.3m; int. H 0.6m; at S: Wth 3.37m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 0.13m). There is an entrance feature at the NW corner (Wth 1.4m) and an earthfast stone (0.8m x 0.5m) lies just outside. The uneven interior is sunken below outer ground level and may have been disturbed in antiquity. A low raised central area (diam. 4.52m; H 0.5m) gives a slight barrow-like appearance and a rough uneven fosse-like area around it appears to be wetter than surrounding areas. This field and others in the immediate area have been reclaimed and clearance cairns (not recent) are evident. A concentric enclosure (CL006-159----) is 10m to the SE in the adjoining field.
