In pasture, on a S-facing slope in an area of undulating farmland. A possible oval enclosure is visible as the cropmark of a fosse SSE-N in an aerial photograph (CUCAP, AVL 50) taken in 1968. Visible in the same photograph are traces of another cropmark of a fosse NNE-S, immediately to the NE which may represent another possible enclosure or an annexe.
