In wet poorly drained grassland at the junction of two field boundaries formed by drainage channels. Possible (LI033-081----) enclosure immediately to NE. Identified by Emmet Byrnes as a possible conjoined enclosure with access road or trackway at W. Spring well depicted at this location on OSi 25-inch map and on OSi Cassini 6-inch map may be related to earthwork and possible access trackway. Outline of circular shaped enclosure bisected by field boundary running N-S visible on Digital Globe orthophotos taken between 2011-13.
