In woodland, on a rise on a SW-facing slope overlooking the Arrow or Unshin River. A circular area (int. diam. 13m) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 1.4m; ext. H 1.2m) and an external fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.4m). The entrance is at S with a causeway (Wth 4m) across the fosse. The interior is waterlogged and partially obscured by three fallen oak trees.
