Thirty metres of wet air separate the enclosure from a cooking pit, suggesting people gathered there to eat before walking east toward a dead person’s tomb. The low bank still holds fifteen metres of circle on the western slope, though grass and time have eaten most of its edge. Large stones protrude irregularly along the south-east, marking the boundary between the living field and the forgotten place beneath it.

In moor-grass-covered grazing on bog on a W-facing hillslope overlooking the valley of the Carhan River. A circular area (diam. 15m) enclosed by the remains of a low bank (Wth 1.2m; H 0.2m) from which large slabs and boulder-type stones (max. H 0.7m) protrude at irregular intervals SW-SE. Elsewhere occasional traces of the bank are evident. A fulacht fia (KE080-039001-) lies c. 20m to the N and an unclassified megalithic tomb (KE080-039----) is c. 50m to the E.
