Carrownlacka holds a vanished ring fort beside a solid bullaun stone, a small cluster of forgotten making in average Mayo pasture. The field gives back neither warning nor praise, yet it keeps company with an underground passage and another cashel nearby. What was built there has been cleared from sight, but the stones still mark the shape of human attention.

In average pasture, broken by rock outcropping. According to local information there was a 'a ring or stone fort now cleared away' at this location. There is no visible trace at ground level. There is a bullaun stone (MA073-046002-) in the same field and a possible cashel (MA073-045001-), a Man-made underground passage (MA073-045002-) and a bullaun stone (MA073-045003-) are located c. 50m to NE.
