In rough grazing, on gentle S-facing slope. Cropmark of roughly circular area (diam. c. 40m) enclosed by band of lighter-coloured vegetation, probably indicating a levelled bank, visible in aerial photograph (GSIAP, W386, July 1975). No visible surface trace. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
