In pasture immediately W of watercourse that forms townland boundary with Curraghroche. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a potential monument consisting of a D-shaped cropmark with adjoining field system to E, during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000, Site 3/23) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Trace of D-shaped cropmark visible on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12. Faint trace of circular cropmark intersected at W by a relic watercourse running NW-SE and at SE by rectangular-shaped cropmarks on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 10/10/2006.
