Located on a fairly level landscape. The cropmark of large D-shaped enclosure (dims c. 130m NW-SE; c. 90m NE-SW) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on aerial photographs (MM (4) 35- 6). It is truncated at SW by the N25 Wexford to Rosslare Harbour roadway.
