In wet pasture immediately S of a roadway. Enclosure (LI049-169----) lies 170m to E. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised oval-shaped area (dims. c. 32m NW-SE; 26m NE-SW) defined by a scarp with an outer ditch from W-N-NE. Outline of monument delimited by trees is visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
