Situated on a slight S-facing sloope in a fairly level low-lying landscape. The faint cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 42m E-W; c. 38m N-S) defined by slight traces of a fosse is visible on aerial photographs (ASIAP, WX 96, 3–5). It is also visible on Google Earth (14/07/2018) but the fosse is absent SE-SW.
