An Liosachán: A small circular enclosure, 7m in diameter, and Man-made underground passage (KE052-017001-) were noted in this townland by O'Sullivan (1931, 566). Its precise location is not certain but the above position has been suggested by M. Ó Dubhshláine. No visible trace survives. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1528. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
