What is recorded here

Cloghaunnageragh/Clochán na gCaorach: On open mountain terrain on W side of Brandon mountain, a little below and to N of Loughs Eightragh and Oughteragh. A rectangular enclosure KE034-028001-, 5.5 x 4m, abuts hut at E, and a small rectangular chamber, 1.5m square, is built against NE corner of this. A 2nd enclosure, 3.5m square, abuts NW side of hut and a D-shaped chamber, 2 x 1.3m, is built against its NW wall. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1024. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
