Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lissalway, County Roscommon, Ireland. The subcircular grass-covered platform sits at the west end of a ridge, measuring 35 metres north-northeast to south-southwest and 31.2 metres west-northwest to east-southeast. A slight perimeter bank and complete flat-bottomed fosse define the structure, though a large pond has cut back the southwest to northwest section and a field bank overlies the south centre.

At the W end of a WNW-ESE ridge. Subcircular grass-covered platform (dims 35m NNE-SSW; 31.2m WNW-ESE) with a slight bank on the perimeter (Wth c. 2m; int. H 0.3m) WNW-ENE, defined by a complete flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 7.4-9m; Wth of base 2.5-3.5m; int. D 2-2.7m; ext. D 1.7-2m). There is an entrance ramp (Wth 3.5m) and causeway (Wth 7.5m) at SSE which might not be original as the fosse SSE-SW has been quarried, and a large pond has cut back the platform SW-NW.
