Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lismacool, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a subcircular grass-covered area on a south-facing slope, bounded by a scarp with bushes and an outer fosse that reduces to a berm. A filed bank separates it from another rath immediately to the northwest, while a second rath lies about 170 metres to the east-northeast.
On a S-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 41.5m N-S; 35m E-W) defined by a scarp with some bushes (H 1.2-1.45m) NNW-E-SW, and an outer fosse (Wth of base 5.5m; D 0.5-1m) N-SE, which is reduced to a berm (Wth 6m) SE-SW. There is no visible entrance, but the perimeter is quarried at W and a NNE-SSW filed bank separates the monument from rath (RO016-089001-) which is immediately to the NW, and rath (RO016-159----) is c. 170m to the ENE.
