Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Kilcloghan, County Roscommon, Ireland. Marked as a circular embanked enclosure on the 1837 map and an oval hachured enclosure on the 1914 map, it sits on the SW-facing slope of an E-W drumlin ridge. The site is no longer visible at ground level because the land has become reclaimed pasture. Another rath lies about 80m to the north.
Marked on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 45m) and on the 1914 ed. as an oval hachured enclosure (dims c. 45m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-NW). Situated on the SW-facing slope of an E-W drumlin ridge, it is not visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture. Rath (RO017-137----) is c. 80m to the N.
