Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Crunaun, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the crest of a north-west to south-east ridge as a circular grass-covered area measuring thirty metres north-south and twenty-nine point seven metres east-west. An overgrown and gapped earthen bank defines the boundary, showing limited inner stone-facing at the south, west and east-north-east while leaving no visible fosse or entrance. Another rath sits eighty metres to the east-south-east.
On the crest of a NW-SE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30m N-S; 29.7m E-W) defined by an overgrown and gapped earthen bank (at S: Wth 2.1m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.6m; at N: Wth 3.6m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.6m) which has limited sections of inner stone-facing at S, W and ENE. There is no visible fosse or entrance. Rath (RO013-003----) is c. 80m to the ESE.
