Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Clooncoose (ballintober North By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the crest of the west end of a low east-west ridge in a low-lying landscape. A circular grass-covered area measures 46 metres north-south and 44 metres east-west, defined by an overgrown fosse with a top width of 5.3 to 5.6 metres, base width of 2.7 to 2.9 metres, internal depth of 1.1 to 1.2 metres and external depth of 0.6 metres. No entrance is visible.
At the crest of the W end of a low E-W ridge in a low-lying landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 46m N-S; 44m E-W) defined by an overgrown fosse (Wth of top 5.3-5.6m; Wth of base 2.7-2.9m; int. D 1.1-1.2m; ext. D 0.6m). There is no visible entrance.
