On the crest of a low E-W ridge. Circular overgrown area (diam. 38m N-S; 36.5m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at N: Wth 5.4m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.9m; at W: Wth 7m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 3.4m) which is surmounted by a drystone wall. There is no visible fosse or entrance. Man-made underground passage (RO013-012002-) is inside the perimeter at SE.
