Rockville's Close stands on Castlehill in Edinburgh, a small house tucked beneath the castle rock where the city begins its climb. The close may have served merchants, soldiers or servants, though no name or date remains attached to its walls. Its stones still hold the shape of hands that built them, waiting for someone to remember what they touched.
