What is recorded here

In pasture, located on the broad, level top of an E–W ridge. An industrial complex is located 100m to S. This earthwork is not shown on the 1838 and 1929 OS 6-inch maps. It was recorded as an 'earthen embankment' when the location was inspected in 1961 prior to a land reclamation project, and was deemed to be of no archaeological significance (SMR file: OPW field notes, 1961).
