In reclaimed pasture 225m N of the Morningstar River that marks the townland boundary with Glenlary. A possible barrow (LI049-234----) lies 120m to the NW. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a circular feature on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000 2576) taken 03/11/1984. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Bord Gáis Éireann aerial photograph (BGE 2576) and Google Earth orthoimages.
